CyberVillage combines my ability to market online and though Google with a new social network/news portal. Partner with regional media outlets to gain instant credibility and provide another source of traffic and revenue to media stations.

What? - - -> CyberVillage teams with mid-market TV or Radio stations to beat down the regional competition by employing web marketing techniques hitherto not used by regional TV or radio stations because they always got all their traffic because they own the airwaves. Newer budget crunches, combined with tighter budgets are forcing these media outlets to rethink their strategies and bottom lines. Based upon a Nationally known and respected social network platform so there's no need for me to compete with other national networks alone on feature sets, etc.

Where? - - -> All midsized markets throughout the USA. I am testing my first in the Utica-Rome marketplace with WKTV (NBC Affiliate). Also, some of the CyberVillages are national in nature such as the Authors CyberVillage. I use older, less fully functional sites such as AuthorsDen to siphon authors away who seek more functional sites to share books, bios, etc.

Why?  - - -> CyberVillage serves to search optimize and provide search optimized links to the media outlets websites and will cause them to strangle the regional competitors websites from Google searches. Provides additional revenue for the stations, with which we do a revenue share. Also, this gives CyberVillage instant credibility within markets where we open new sites. CyberVillage barters ads on the station for giving the station exclusivity in the market for news, whether, etc.

Revenue? - - -> 1) Revenue share with the station after three months of ads running to ensure cost protection. Avoid under pricing ads. 2) Content, featured items, etc. are controlled by CyberVillage managers and can include affiliate sales links, links to regional CyberVillage-Software-Owner’s business(es). 3) Can be sold to entrepreneurs as a white labeled software package thus avoiding any franchising regulations.

Lastly, CyberVillage is a great name that is short and easy to memorize. I will syndicate all content to act as a easy to manage Google magnet. I have a unique talent set which includes technical, author, online marketer and business entrepreneur. I was recognized in the NY Times in 1996 as one of the very first Search Engine Optimization experts.
