This business template will save the time-crunched entrepreneur a LOT of time.

Since I started down the road as an entrepreneur I have created numerous different forms. I could never seem to find the perfect form. Invoice templates, contractual agreements, quotes and receipts consumed large quantities of my very percious time. Well finally, after founding about a dozen companies, I created what I consider to be the perfect form.

It combines a quote, invoice, agreement, receipt and payment tracking template into one universal form. All I ask in return is that you leave my copyright in tact. The copyright specifically grants the right to reproduce the form and is at the bottom-right. It is very small so shouldn't get in the way.

I made it available in MS Word or RTF format.
